Meet Jill Zgoda

Hi, I'm Jill—wife, mom of two, dog lover, educator, lifelong fitness enthusiast, and owner of Unparalleled Fitness and Movement. With a Master’s in Education and over a decade in both teaching and coaching, I bring a passion for helping others grow—whether it's in the classroom or the gym. My fitness journey began with at-home workouts, running, and barre classes, and it truly came alive when I discovered CrossFit over 10 years ago. Today, I blend strength training, Olympic weightlifting, yoga, and metabolic conditioning into dynamic, functional programs for women of all ages and fitness levels.

My own experiences through pregnancy and postpartum inspired me to specialize in supporting women during these transformative seasons of life. I'm a certified NASM Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, USAW Level 1 Olympic Weightlifting Coach, and Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach. My mission? To help you feel strong, confident, and capable—no matter where you're starting from.
